2. Collecting data in the system

When registering via the registration form, a user account will be created and stored in the system with the login, contact and employer data you have provided. When renting via the Company E-Bike Smartphone APP, the corresponding rental data (time, station, e-bike) are stored in the system. When sending a damage report via the smartphone APP, your entries for the damage incurred are stored in the system.
For your safety and to answer any legal claims of third parties, the following data will be stored during the rental:

To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption techniques.

4. Deletion or blocking of data

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. Therefore, we store your personal data only as long as this is necessary to operate the e-bike sharing system or as provided for by the legislature's storage periods.

5. Your rights to information, correction, anonymization, cancellation and opposition

You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by us at any time. Likewise, you have the right to correction, blocking or, apart from the prescribed data storage for business transactions, deletion of your personal data. Please contact our data protection officer. You can request the deletion of your personal data, as well as the anonymization of your traffic data, as far as these are not necessary for ongoing contract execution and there is no statutory archiving obligation.
You can make changes or revoke your consent by notifying us with effect for the future.

6. Change of our privacy policy

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure that it complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the Privacy Policy, such as: For example, when introducing new services.
